Quality Assurance

Quality assurance is a top priority for our lab. We adhere to strict quality control protocols and planning to participate in external proficiency programs to maintain the highest level of accuracy and reliability.

Regular equipment maintenance, competency assessments, and continuous staff training are integral parts of our quality management system.

Our quality assurance (QA) department is responsible for issuing and reviewing standard operating procedures and working instructions, and for performing internal audits and hosting sponsor audits. Client feedback, originating from surveys, audits, or complaints, is centralised through our Quality Department (QA) and is used for continuous process improvement. Each finding or complaint is submitted to an in-depth root cause investigation to define appropriate corrective and/or preventive actions.
